I have an HP 6730b and after a series of very slow boot now I am getting the following message and the computer does not respond to anything.

Intel (r)Cantiga PCI Accelerated SVGA Bios

Build Number:.........

Does anyone know what this is and how it can be fixed? Thanks for your help.

Thank you Kyle for your guidance. Would you know what is the fastest way to put in a warranty claim? Thanks

Your notebook is an Enterprise/Business model. I would recommend posting this in the HP Enterprise Support Forums for better coverage, as this is the consumer support forums.

You can access the enterprise support forums at the following link.

For any warranty claims, I would call HP phone support. For whatever issue you are having, they will want to troubleshoot with you first and if they can't resolve it, they will set up a warranty ticket for your notebook to have it serviced or repaired. If you are inside of the US, the support number is 1-800-474-6836.
