HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion 15z-cw100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a very simple question, does HP’s Post Warranty Plan cover a broken BIOS? I would assume this would be under motherboard repair. This also happened after HP’s own support assistant gave me an update that bricked my computer. Believe me, I have tried every option under the sun to fix this laptop. Including every single one of HP’s recommended solutions. If anyone could assist me with this struggle I would deeply appreciate that. My computer has been broken for 2 weeks and it is pivotal for my school work.
