Can a x360 pavilion 14-dwxxxxtu boot by a usb keyboard or a mouse?

 

This laptop has a power button in a keyboard.

If it was rolled-tablet mode, it can't boot.

If this laptop can boot by a usb keyboard or a mouse, it will be convenient!

 

Does a hp labtop provide a usb keyboard or a mouse boot?
