Ive been trying to enable vt-x amd-v in my elitebook2560p but i dont know amin paswd as its sec hand

You're confusing two very different things.

 

The Admin password is what you use to login to Windows, not to the PC

 

The password needed to login to the PC is a power-on or BIOS password -- and you have no way to crack that.  This password is encrypted into a chip on the system board, and since that chip is not removable, you have to pay to have the laptop taken apart and the entire system board replaced -- which generally costs more than simply replacing the laptop.

 

This is the main reason I advise against folks buying used laptops.
