The hoops I have had to jump through just to ask a simple question: HOW DO I TURN THE KEYBOARD LIGHTS ON ON MY LAPTOP.

The Last PC I used was when Landlines were around; I liked it, it didn't hassle me with notifications like this one does.
I don't know how to use this machine, and I can't see the keys; I have to push the screen down just so I can read the keys.
It's only three months old, and the letters are staring to fade.
The buttons are also in weird spots; The O and P always get mixed up and pressing backspace takes me home (to the start of the line) instead.

Model:
HP Laptop 14s-dq2660TU (7X7Z4PA)

Thanks, Humans.

If my creativity is not acceptable, then I am not free.
