X360 11-ab128TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a convertible HP x360 11-ab128TU notebook. Suddenly the keyboard and touchpad don't work when entering Windows. I've tried recovering and even reinstalling Windows 10 version 20H2 and installing all the default drivers for this notebook, then the keyboard and touchpad managed to work normally again. After I turn off this notebook, the keyboard and touchpad don't work again. Strangely, when I enter the BIOS setup page, the keyboard works normally.
