Hi! @PALLADIO,

 

Thanks for sharing the failure ID.

 

I have tried decoding the failure ID and the test has failed with Keyboard Error.

 

As the keyboard is faulty, Please replace the faulty keyboard on the laptop by contacting HP.

 

And a keyboard replacement should not cost you much.
