Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
My lagacy support was disable i enable is and i receive a text telling me to enter a pass code my keyboard is connecting but i try enter the pass code and hit the enter button but the screen is still the same. can you please me.

Your keyboard might not be working correctly. Try plugging in an external keyboard and typing in your passcode. If it still doesn't work, force shutdown, go back into BIOS, disable and then enable the legacy CSM module again and try entering the code again.
