Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

My laptop (15-da2133ng) boots up since a few weeks only with power supply or fully charged battery. I use Linux Ubuntu 20.04 as operating system, until recently Windows 10, with the last I had the same problems.

I searched for the similar problems in the Internet and the only solution I found, was to charge the Laptop for 48 h continuously. After which no change occurred. I also checked the OS for updates (is up to date) and used the HP diagnostic solutions tool (no error was found.) Once the PC is booted, it works normally. 
Can anybody help me with my problem or give me tips on how to solve it?
