Laptop 15-dk0xxx wont turn on, no signs of life

Hello, as the tille says my laptop wont turn on, and no lights turn on when plugged in.

This problem started when i wanted to check if the HDD slot was available because the laptop has an SSD but i wanted to know if it was M.2 or not. I was very careful when i opened the device not to touch anything just opned it took a picture and closed when i closed it, it didnt turn back on, this was very upsetting because i had just gotten the computer one week prior after waiting 10 years to be able to get a computer like this.


I took the computer to a repair shop and the person that checked it said that nothing was burned or in short circuit on the mother board and tried turning it on with everything else unplugged, keyboard, mousepad, etc.


Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

In that case, I would suggest you conatct our phone support. They will help you.


Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.



1)Click on this link -


2)Select the product type.


3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.


4)Select the country from the drop-down.


5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
