Laptop - Factory Reset

15-f272wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently reset to factory setting and now I am getting "NO OS installed"

Smart Check : Pass

Short DST: Pass

The Windows Setup Assistant Stopped Repsonding I waited 2 hours for my tap and click to register.

I had no choice but to restart the computer upon restart I recieved the error.

Talked to chat support - told me that Hp would be happy to send me a recovery drive if I was in warranty!

The factory reset process should have reset to factory not crash and say no OS I didn't create this the software should

do what it was designed to do not be defective.

Talked Call Center Case: 3033771888

Same thing only this time it was my fault because I didnt create a proper restore disk,

What is this??

Horrible customer support I have to pay for a USB Drive because of  Defective Process - Simple Restore to factory.

Im only 1 month out of warranty.

What a waste of money, I will never purchase an HP product again horrible customer service.

Laptop - Factory Reset

Hello.

Okay, you have Windows 10 on PC. Don't know if you did upgrade.

Have you backed up your stuff?

Go to this Microsoft site and use Media Tool to download Windows 10. Install or try recovery options.
