HP Laptop - 14s-fq0029au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought two new laptops same model and both get freeze while using. Only basic softwares are installed but still, it gets hanged, Softwares installed are office 2010, eset antivirus, chrome browser, and google drive. Any suggestion as CPU usage shows 100% it keeps going up and down.

Upgrade RAM and storage would make machines run a bit faster. You can use

 

RAM:               https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct19931495

SSD:                M.2 SATA SSD's from Crucial or Samsung 860 EVO or similar from other vendors. For example

                                https://cplonline.com.au/samsung-mz-76e500bw-500gb-860-evo-2-5-sata3-ssd.html
