The HDD on my HP Pavilion 15-bw036nr, Prod #2TZ74UA#ABA laptop recently failed, and per instruction from my previous case I replaced the HDD with a new SSD and downloaded the HP Cloud Restore app. While downloading the Cloud Restore app verified my product was eligible, and it created a bootable USB drive. However, the app then reported my laptop was "not supported" by Cloud Restore, and gave the following error: 0100-8332-8330
No other information was provided. I have verified there are no modifications to the laptop other than the new SSD.

Under those circumstances, the only suggestion I can offer would be to make a W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
