OMEN 17-cb0247ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop crashed all the time + rebooted when playing WoW and Cyberpunk. I figured it overheated because the longer it was on the more often it happened and MSI afterburner showed high CPU temp.
- HP support assistant was installed, all driver up to date
- omen hub thing also installed, morerate change in cpu temp. but still laptop crashed
- gpu driver was up to date

- MSI afterburner deinstallation had no effect

Then I tried a BIS update, and the following things happened:
- software DL BIOS F.35 Rev.A from the hp website
- installation + Restart
- Update begins -> zack black screen, fans running fast
- 30min waiting
- trying to power off, not possible
- another 30min waiting
- unplug power, wait until battery is done
- plug in power, turn on , still the same, unplug power, battery gone again, laptop turns off.
- start with f10 suggestion somewhere in hp forum) -> HP BIOS Crashrecovery
- suddenly laptop turns off again with power plugged in
- now the laptop doesnt even turn on anymore.

Any Suggestions? All Threads and off. docs i found couldnt help me so far.

Thx, BR, Basti
