Hello There,
I have been experiencing a lot of crashes and problems with my laptop (HP Zbook 14U g6), i bought it second hand and the previous owner gave me a Type-C 65W power adapter with the laptop (According to some research it is not the one that comes in the box with the laptop). I don't know if this information is necessary or not but let me talk about my experience.
So one day i downloaded a windows update and after that my laptop did not want to turn on untill i reset the biot using the power button, after that a firmware engine error notification came up on my screen and asked to repair the engine, and that's what i did. This also made me have sound problems, now my speakers do not work. Today i was using my laptop normally untill i went away and the screensaver came up, when i came back my laptop was on sleep mode and i clicked the button, the caps lock light stayed on and the charing light was blincking white and orange. i checked online and maybe it is a problem with the battery or the power supply? i have no idea and i would love to listen to your responses because i really don't want to have any problems in the near future.
