Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This all started earlier today. I went to restart my laptop because Discord was running slow and when it was turning back on, I got stuck on an infinite boot screen. What happens is it will show the circles spinning and then the screen will go black. This happens over and over again. One time it actually showed the screen right before you put your password in for a couple of seconds but then when I pressed enter to enter my password, it immediately went back to the infinite boot. Can someone help?

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?
