HP laptop 14-CK0826no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - my laptop HP center gave a massage to Update BIOS. I did so and here after the laptop Will not boot. It just continuous to try and try. I Can hear the fan start for a few second an then stop again. This continouos and continuous. The screen is just Black no lampe or beep occour. I have try to follow HP troubleshooting guide. Press power bottor for 40 sec - Press Windows + B - Press F10 or F11.  Nothing help.
The Laptop is with a buildin battery so i Can not remove this.
Sorry for my bad english spelling - i am from Denmark 🙂 - please help or let me know how i Can get in contact with HP service center. Thank in advance.

@PNS1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

 

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

 

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
