I was running a Windows update and told it to update and Shutdown. When my wife turned it on 2 days later, it said Updating 0%. She left the room and when she came back the screen was blank and the computer wouldn't turn on. The power light comes on if I turn it on, but there is no fan, no beeps, no POST, and a black screen. I've tried Wind + v and Win + b. I've removed the battery, I've tried boot up USBs, but nothing happens. I've go ASprogrammer attached and it is showing all zeros in the BIOS. The support page for this model is blank for software downloads. Where can I get the BIOS for this laptop so I can flash it?

Hi JerseyJoe74
In this case, it would be best to try to revert to Windows 10, to ensure a stable and efficient operation of the computer because on the official site there are still no compatible Windows 11 drivers for your computer
I hope the above is helpful

I'm not sure you're understanding. The laptop won't Post or boot. The power light comes on and that's it. How can I revert to Win 10 when it will not POST to see the USB drive? The bios is displaying zeros via a CH341A device. The bios is corrupted, I need a link to download it so I can flash the bios chip.
