Product: HP ENVY 13-aq0053tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turned on my laptop today and after using the laptop for about 5 minutes, the laptop ran out of batteries. I then plugged it in and went to hp support assistant and it says my battery needs to be replaced.  My cycle count on my laptop is  288 / 1000 and the batteries age is 1 year and 9 months. I have never ran into battery issues until now. Could this be a software issue or could I be redirected somewhere for help because I think the battery itself is faulty and was not due to wear and tear.
