Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On startup the laptop screen stays black and the WiFi button flashes orange and white for a few seconds then stays white and the fans go to full power until I turn the laptop off and the screen stays black.

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - Computer Starts but Screen Remains Blank (Windows 10)
