Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp laptop 17-cn1053cl  Product ID 45324UA#ABA  boots up incredibly slow, it takes over 6 minutes.

There is something wrong, either hardware or software

Did this problem start recently?


Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics (F2 is diagnostics)
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

 

Look in the windows Event Viewer for errors such as timeouts.
