HP Stream - 14-cb172wm

I turn it on and all I get is the hp (sign) and preparing automatic repair and it will not do anything.  These computer has never been set up.  Gggrrr  I got it a couple year ago and never got to set it up because I had no internet.

I see that your system is stuck in an automatic repairs loop. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

 

Please run a hardware scan on your system and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
