Product: HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb041nr

The laptop hasn’t had the screen on for months now and i’ve tried charging and it seems to charge and it has the power light on, but I’ve identified the issue to be when I open the laptop. When I open the laptop at around 30 degrees, the power light turns off, but the charge light remains off. The power light only comes on when the laptop is completely closed. I’ve tried taking out the battery and running on power from the outlet and it hasn’t worked, so the battery is most likely not the issue. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much 🙂
