EliteBook 8470p - power LED blink once with no battery when is plugged to the power

Product: HP EliteBook 8470p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1(64-Bit)

Hi,

 

It was everything fine since yesterday, however today i cannot turn on my laptop.

 

When laptop is plugged to the power there is no indication of LED charging.

 

When i take battery out and i plug to the power than the LED power icon blink only once.

 

I have tried remove the battery and hold Start button for 30 seconds but it didn't help.

 

Any clues ?
