Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Good day t the HP, management. I would really like to get help I have been struggling to fix my pc it kept on saying preparing automatic repair.  I tried to do the system test ,fast ,quick and extensive test they all passed . I do not know what is wrong with the pc . It does not let me pass on the blue screen it keeps showing me those options for restarting or advanced solutions . I also checked the disk how it's functioning earlier today and that test also passed
