Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi there 

 

I have a HP MINI which doesnt turn on.

When I connect it to the power (or I insert the battere) the power light goes on but as soon as I press the power button, the light goes off and nothing happens (no sound and nothing on the screen).

 

I believe it gas something to do with the motherboard but before replacing it I want to be 100% sure 

Here is a recording of what happens: 

I performed a few hard resets (no power and no battery, pressed the power button for 15 seconds) with no results.

 

Any idea of what it might be?
