Hello,

I have a question concerning my wife's laptop. I can't remember the proper product name (can't find it on the machine itself), but it's having issues not starting up.

Computer is only about 2 years old. About 4 months ago, factory battery stopped charging and I got a new battery to replace it. Battery worked fine after that. Fast forward to last week, computer won't even turn on. I removed battery, plugged in the AC adapter, but no light. I purchased a recplacement adapter, plugged it in, same result (although the first time I plugged in the new adapter, i think I saw two quick flashes of orange lights, then nothing else). I can't of anything else worth trying and wondering if this is a hardware issue.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Jared
