Hello hp community,

I have been facing an issue with my laptop since a week.

My laptop is not turning on at all, neither on battery nor on AC power supply.

The thing is before this issue when my battery gets drained off and I tried to turn on my system in general the LED close to the AC power input of the laptop blinked 3 times.. telling me " battery is exhausted and I need to plug in my AC power supply"...but now this isn't happening so I am not able to know whether the battery is exhausted or not.

So, assuming that the LED might not be working and my battery might have drained off, when I plug in my AC power supply the LED turns on in Red and then when I press the power button, in AC power supply mode, to turn on my laptop there is no response in my system, just the same power LED showing RED goes off at the same time and again turns on.

The same thing is happening when battery is fully charged and power LED goes WHITE...

In a similar way when I try to turn on my laptop, just at the same time the power LED in WHITE goes off and again turns on...

Still my my laptop doesn't wakes up

Any help ... please post

Thanks for reading my issue!
