Pavilion CS2105NL
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On pressing the power button, the laptop doesn't show any sign of life. When plugging the laptop to the AC, the LED doesn't light on either. The laptop seems to be completely dead. I've been using the original HP AC chord and haven't mistreated the laptop whatsoever (no falls, careful handling, always used it on desks). I've used it for office work mainly.

Before its "death", the laptop was being used plugged in and it was perfectly functioning. It just happend to be dead out of the blue.

I've had this laptop for a month. Does my warranty cover a refund or a replacement (HP HW Maintenance Offsite Support)?

Hi,

You should get in contact with HP support directly and get fixed under warranty.

In the link below you can identify your PC and get contact options. Chat is a good option but might be only available sometimes, I guess,

Hope it helps,
