Product: HP Compaq CQ58
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn’t turn on it has a blinking white light when i plug the charger in but doesn’t start i have tried all the options that may fix the problem but none of them worked for me.

Hello, you can try to make an hardware reset. For this you need to unplug your AC adapter, and your PC's battery if removable, and press during 30 seconds Power button with any power. 

When you try to power on your PC, do you have sound signal? Or other blinking LED? Never at the screen?
