Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My recovery emails and fingerprint has me locked out of my laptop envy, how can this be fixed ? I don’t care to erase the whole laptop! I just need to use it again ! And I’ve followed all directions and still locked out! It rebooted and the notepad I had my password on is lost 😞
