Upon attempting to start up my HP Star Wars edition laptop, I am met with a black screen and the keyboard no longer lights up. I have attempted to solve this issue by myself and do not have money to spend on it. Is there something I can do(and please do not tell me to restart or take the battery out as neither have worked)?

What is the current version of OS?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
