HP Laptop Envy - tried to start laptop and the 1st screen with HP shows with the buffer keep going round - won’t boot up

@Tami22 -- there is something wrong with your disk-drive, either "physically" (compare to writing onto a greasy sheet of paper, and then failing to read what you wrote) or "logically" (the file-system on the disk-drive is corrupt).

 

Is the original one-year HP Warranty still valid? If so, HP will repair your computer, for free.

If you also purchased the HP "Care Pack", that extends the HP warranty.

Otherwise, it's time to take the computer to a computer technician, for professional trouble-shooting.
