I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the HP repair center. I have been a loyal customer of HP for many years, primarily due to the excellent after-sales service, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed.
I purchased a laptop just two months ago, and it unexpectedly turned off with no power. Following your guidelines, I promptly sent the laptop to the HP repair center on December 21, 2023. However, after two weeks of no communication, I reached out to customer service, only to be informed that my laptop supposedly suffered water damage.
I use my laptop daily and can affirm that there has been no exposure to water. This revelation is perplexing and contradicts the nature of the issue I reported. It's disheartening to learn that my one-month-old, expensive laptop might require an out-of-warranty repair, especially when the problem is not due to any negligence on my part.
I kindly request a thorough reevaluation of my case and urge HP to honor the warranty for the repair. I expect a timely response and resolution to this matter, as the prolonged silence has added to my frustration.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.
