Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0032dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Pavillion 16-a0032dx is having an issue where when I press the power button, the light on the power indicater flashes with 2 long and 2 short.

I can't boot into bios nor can I boot into windows. 

I can't rollback the bios version using an external flash drive and I can't reset the CMOS. I don't know what else I can do.
