Sorry, but we are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:

I will tell you though, that if your laptop is "locked" and needing a password, and you don't have that, I wish we could help you -- but we can't, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
Therefor, according to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.
