Product Name : 6EH44UA HP Pav x360 Convert 14-cd1055cl
Since I purchased my Pavilion x360 m3 Convertible in Sept 2019, I've been using it almost every day. Today, I tried to start up, but it is not booting up. I don't hear any sound or I even don't see the charging light blinking. I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself.
In the BIOS menu pressed F9 to restore factory defaults and selected 'Yes'. Saved the changes using F10. Still the laptop did not start. I ran the diagnostic options and SSD device has shown "Warning".
My questions are :
1)Do I have to replace SSD? My laptop warranty has expired and is currently outside of USA where I purchased my laptop.
2)Can I purchase a care pack that covers global hardware support?
I'm worried and disappointed with the product that ran into issue in an year. Can you suggest for my next steps?

Post Warranty plans are meant to provide additional coverage after your base warranty expires. They can be purchased from 90 days before to 30 days after the hardware base warranty expires. Click here to purchase a Post Warranty Plan.
Before anything replacement, there are many ways that you can try by yourself.
