Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop model - N4G35PA#ACJ is not turning on though there is charge in battery. I suspected it to be lack of charge but I can see the charging light turned on to white light while charger plugged on. Kindly help immediately.

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

Firstly, run Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8 if the computer does not power on then it means its a hardware related issue, 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for this repair.
