Here is an HP thread describing beep and blink codes for their laptops:

Update :

After removing the battery and resetting the system without battery nor charger. And then reattaching the battery laptop works fine while using it but once you let it stay idle or close it , it turns off to restart it I have to remove the battery and reset it once again ,

The battery works fine still holding charge and charging as well , I used it for three hours without issues but as soon as I stopped using , it turns off

You said there was blinking, so it does not do that anymore? If not, there are no codes to figure out what is wrong.

It blinked one time at first , but now just dead, wakes up once you do a power reset with battery disconnected and lasts until idle , if idle or shutdown have to do power reset again to turn it on, is this a battery issue or a software/firmware type thing

You said it turns off as soon as you stop using it -- how long is that? Immediately?  A few seconds? A few minutes?

I'm asking because if it is trying to go to sleep due to being idle for a while -- depends on your sleep settings -- then the sleeping is the issue and you would need to turn that off.

Hi again ,

I got it to work by adjusting the lid in certain positions it turns on works fine until you turn it off once it's off I need to remove the connection to the battery and reset the power plug it back in adjust the lid to some position and it turns on again .

Today it's not turning on anymore

Turned on , power was on , fan spinning , but no display,  caps not turning on when presses.  I tried to do a reset again but now completely not turning on

Checked with hp service centre,  asked me to replace the battery,  which did,  but no difference.
