My son's laptop has been sent three times to HP for repair as it was overheating. He's hardly used it since it was purchased. The case was closed last month but it's overheating dangerously again and is a fire hazard! I've tried calli!g HP, tried their WhatsApp chat pages, emails and no one will respond, what do I do now? Tweet?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

I am still waiting for a response from HP, it's taking months! My son has hardly ever used his laptop and it's been sent for repair three times. Can you please give me the contact details of a manager that I can send a complaint to, this is totally unacceptable now!

Hello, So my laptop is overheating whenever i boot up any type of game. I have cleaned out my fans, the vents, and reapplied the thermal paste to my GPU and CPU. However when i boot up a game it jumps all the way up to 90C+. When i went back in, the heat sink was the hottest part so i think something is still wrong with my CPU/GPU can anyone help please and thank you. Just sitting in reddit its at 37C.
