Hi,

I have a Probook 650 G4 that I can only turn on using the docking station power button. If I use the power adapter I cant turn it on by pressing the power button on the laptop. I tried another power adaptor and same thing. The laptop can run on battery only, but once shutdown, I can only turn it on using the dock power button. There were no audible or visible alarms/error.
