Laptop screen black and caps lock continual slow flash

My laptop screen just froze and my mouse would not move om the screen. I tried alt cont del and nothing. So I press and held the power button to reboot. The screen is no black and the caps lock flashes slowly. I hear the fan running. When I press power button again, it goes off but then Comes on by itself again...

I tried resetting but it still does not work. I have a fixed battery. I tried  the option with the fixed battery but also doesn’t work.  My laptop is the Pavillion beats audio
