Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop randomly shut down about an hour ago and won’t restart. I walked away from it for maybe 5 minutes, when I came back the screen was black and the LED lights weren’t lit. I’ve gone through the whole troubleshooting process with the HP Virtual Assistant (hard reset, unplugging the cord, checking outlets, etc) and nothing worked. The only thing I couldn’t do is try another AC adapter as I don’t have another one.

If anyone could help with this I would really appreciate it. I’ve been using my laptop to work from home, so this is a huge problem right now.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, when I click through to the Contact page using that link, my only options are to join the HP Support Community or locate an HP Service Center. Is there another way I can reach out to a support rep? I have contacted a local service center, but because of COVID policies they are not making appointments at this time.

Thanks.
