Laptop stopped

HP Pavilion, model 15-cw1063wm, serial# [Personal Information Removed]. Laptop suddenly stopped during a YouTube video. It will not reboot, light LEDs, or make any sound. Power cord checked; supplying 19.5 volts.

Thank you for your response. I applied all the steps outlined in the videos you linked. The laptop still makes no sounds and has no LED lights and does not turn on when pressing the power button.

Hello @Eutychus2 

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Short circuit test

- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
