Laptop takes 15-20 minutes to start

My laptop takes too much time to start. It takes 15-20 minutes to start. Please help me regarding this matter. I am also giving my information.

Hello there,

Slow boot up doesn't look to be a good sign for the health of your pc, however you can try the following steps- 

Please perform a hard reset on your HP notebook. Disconnect the power cord and remove the battery (if removable). Now
press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Afterwards reconnect the battery and the power supply.

Turn the power back on and start tapping on the F10 key repeatedly, If BIOS page loads up do BIOS defaults by pressing F9 Key once and then Enter. Now Press F10 again and hit Enter key to Exit saving changes.

If that doesn't resolve the issue then try performing a HDD test from F2, Hardware Diagnostics page.
