Product: Hawlett Packard
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

A couple of hours ago my laptop was fine, until tonight when I want to turn on the laptop just on then a couple of seconds later off. Sometimes I can click power on for a second then off it keeps do that 3 times before I clicked the power button again there's no response on my laptop.

Let's try these steps - Computer Does Not Start

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
