Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my pavilion gaming laptop got stuck in the login screen so I pushed the power botton for a hard resset. When I tried to turn it on again, the screen remained black and, after a while, the engines just roared and they are still making noise after an hour. I tried to turn it off, but it keeps going no matter how long I keep pushing the power botton.

For now, I decided to disconnect it and wait until it run out of energy.  Can somebody help me, please?

Hi,

I guess you could remove the battery and place it back again. You will have to "open" the PC to perform this action.

If you want a guide on how to do this you will need to provide the exact model or product number of the machine.
