Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2671cl

HP Pavilion x360.  Locked up. Charging light only comes on occasionally. Battery is not charging and is now empty. Replaced charging cord. New battery. Computer will not come on. White light by plug comes on for 3 or 4 seconds, then goes off.
