Product: Pavilion DW0021CL

So my laptop is a DW0021CL. it turned off by itself earlier today. I know the battery wasn’t dead. I tried to turn it back on and nothing happened. I took the battery out and held the button for 15 seconds and then but they battery back in. The leds turned on but the screen stayed black and the caps lock keys led flashed quickly.

I am dealing with this myself with my HP stream 14-cb164wm laptop.   I'd say look up blink and beep codes to start .  My caps lock blink was 5 long 3 short for example.  Hope this helps.
