For a while now everytime I boot up my laptop it will show the hp sign then go to a black screen turn off and then repeat over and over again.

Hi, the same thing happening to me. Do you notice anything else happening with your laptop? I am trying to research what the problem can be so I don’t have to spend money. Did it happen after you installed an update or something? Will it charge past 100% when charging ?
